How Do you know if you are READY for a VIP Intensive?

How does the Intensive work?

Depending on the project, everything that needs to be set up will be set up in between 1 to 3 days.

Most funnels can be set up in 1 day, more complicated funnels (with multiple pages) or website in 2-3 days.

All pages set up and connected
All events/forms created and linked
All automation (tags etc) set up
All checkouts set up and customized (if applicable)
Email sequence set up and linked

After final consultation your project will be ready to go live!

Before your Intensive Build you will need to...

Have all your branding assets ready and available.
Have the structure of your funnel or website mapped out.
Have your Kajabi site settings set up correctly (if building funnels)
Have all the information for your Kajabi site ready (if building website)
Have all your copy created.
Have all your images, mock-ups etc ready.
Have all your email copy ready.
Know your pricing and checkout copy ready. (if applicable)

The success of the Intensive relies heavily on you having all the information available for me to build.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

SCHEDULE A CALL

Schedule a call on my calendar at a day and time that suits you. You will be asked to fill out a pre-call questionnaire (please state you are interested in a VIP Intensive) so I can do some pre-work before we meet.

DISCUSS & AGREE

During our Discovery Call, we will discuss your upcoming project. You will share your desired outcomes for the project and I will see if it will work for an intensive. If you are ready for the intensive, and we are a good fit to work together then we will move on to the proposal and contract.

PROPOSAL, CONTRACT & INVOICE

I will send you the Proposal for the Project and if you agree, then I will send through the standard contract for you to sign.

If you are happy you will pay 50% of the invoice.

PRE-CALL, INFORMATION GATHERING & FINAL PAYMENT

I will send you a link to a 60min pre-intensive call, where we will create a road-map for your day.

I will send through your information gathering documents, create shared google folders and show you how and where to upload your images, copy and build assets.

Once this is done, I will schedule your project into my calendar.

You will pay the remaining 50% of the invoice one day before the intensive day (or earlier if you prefer)

YOUR VIP INTENSIVE BEGINS

The most exciting part, watch as your funnel or website takes shape. I will keep you updated on facebook messenger/email or whats app. You are not expected to be on zoom with me, but I will need to be able to ask you questions as I am building. By the end of the agreed time you will have a live project ready to go.

OFFBOARDING & EMAIL SUPPORT

Once the build is complete we will meet again to go through everything. Minor revisions can be made based on assets given.

I will create video tutorials showing you exactly what I have done, so that you are able to change anything as required going forward.

I will then hand it over to you. You will have 30 days of email tech support based on the project build, from the date of offboarding.
